IVA Qualification Details

Insolvency Experts Ltd specialise in Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs). We only provide advice after completing an initial fact find where the individual concerned meets the criteria for an IVA.

To qualify for debt being written off via an IVA, you must have a minimum of £6,000 of qualifying unsecured debt owed to two or more creditors. A debt write-off amount of around 55% but up to 91% is realistic based on average figures of clients between January 2022 to December 2024. The debt write off amount for each customer differs depending on their individual circumstances and is subject to approval by their creditors.

We do not administer or provide advice relating to debt management products such as a debt management plan. We do not currently offer advice relating to Scottish solutions such as Protected Trust Deeds, Debt Arrangement Schemes, or Sequestration.
